Office Technician I
Job duties: Job Duties: Maintains client’s paper and electronic files, creates notebooks for new individuals, checks in quarterly reports, and assists with maintaining Client Archives.
Responsible for recruitment and new hire process of WRAP, In-home, Group Home DSPs, and contracted employees. Maintaining the employee files, including training. Background checks, internal audits, special projects, and other HR responsibilities.
Job Duties: Responsible for recruitment, new hire process of program managers and nurses, benefit administration including FMLA, STD, LTD, open enrollment, maintaining employee records, employee relations, performance, policies and practices.
Job Duties: Responsible for payroll management and maintenance. Serves as back-up for HR Manager. Assists Controller with operational activities and financial reporting.
