Jessica comes to Wall Residences with a background in providing residential services through another agency and has extensive leadership experience in the field of providing services to individuals with ID/DD diagnosis as well as the families of those individuals. Jessica has complied a team of experienced back-up workers that bring unique skills and experiences that will provide a nurturing and supportive environment. Jessica and her team are dedicated to providing person centered supports. They are also dedicated to uphold the values of compassion, respect, and dignity and are committed to enhancing the lives of those they support.
She is very family oriented and her younger sister who will serve as a backup worker also resides in the home along with their dog. She enjoys spending time with her extended family and attending events in the community. Jessica considers herself to be a great community connector and is dedicated to creating meaningful and inclusive experiences for the individuals she supports. Jessica enjoys attending local and longer distance festivals, parades, going bowling, visiting the movie theater, cultural experiences, dining, and shopping excursions to name a few types of activities that she enjoys.
The house resides in the city of Roanoke in a historic home that has been fully renovated. The home has a large foyer, a living room, dining room, kitchen, large pantry, and a laundry room. Additionally, the first level includes a full bathroom and the second level of the home features four bedrooms and a full bathroom. The front and back yard are fenced. There is a large front porch perfect for sitting and people watching those passing by on the city street.
