Along the course of her career, she has worked with individuals with ID/DD from children as young as two-year-old to aging adults. She describes herself as calm yet energetic and personable. She has thorough knowledge of handling activities of daily living and medication management in home and institutional settings.

She is an avid learner, always spending time discovering something new. Raedeen’s personality is often described as “sunshine” or “radiant”. She describes herself as an ambivert, comfortably navigating between her introverted and extroverted sides.

In her free time, she is a food and nail art enthusiast drawn to anything engaging and artistic, not always in the traditional art sense. Often, she tries out new nail art styles, enjoys exploring restaurants, and experimenting with new recipes from scratch. When the weather permits, she enjoys outdoor activities as well.

Raedeen is committed to creating a welcoming, safe and wholesome space where an individual will feel like the missing puzzle piece that was needed all along. She is dedicated to providing the necessary personalized care needed for one to thrive and ensures that empathy, compassion, community, and advocacy are present. Raedeen’s aunt is also a licensed health professional with over 26 years of experience and resides in the home. The home is currently child and pet free.
