Mike Irby and his adult daughter Deven live in a beautiful home in the Highlands Subdivision in Chesterfield County. The Irby family has been providing support to individuals with intellectual disabilities for over 11 years. In addition to being Wall Residences Providers, Mike has experience as a basketball coach for Special Olympics and Deven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.

This home has three stories with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, sitting on an almost two acres. A large front porch, rear deck, fire pit and large patio allow time outside for relaxation and enjoying nature. The Highlands offers swimming pools, walking trails, basketball courts, a golf course, tennis courts, pavilion, gym, fishing lake, and a restaurant called “The Reserve.”

The Irby’s love to travel with the individuals they support. They always stay in the nicest Airbnb homes when traveling, for the comfort of each individual living in the home. Each individual will have the privacy of their own bedroom and space for their own personal items.

Mike and Devon welcome male or female individuals and there are currently two vacancies. The Irby’s have made a difference in many individuals’ lives and enjoy providing a high quality of life for those they support.
