Christopher and Christine live in a three-story home in the historic district of Manassas. They share the home with their adult daughter who serves as a Back Up worker, two teenage daughters, and one female resident. The family enjoys having friends over for cookouts and is involved heavily in their community. They are very involved in their local church and Christopher teaches a bible lesson every Friday evening. The family also likes to do sports, Special Olympics, go to parks, sightseeing, and visit with family and friends.
The home is in a very safe, active neighborhood just 20 minutes from Potomac Mills Mall and numerous restaurants. There are several regional parks just a short drive away, such as Bull Run Regional Park and Prince William Forest Park.
Christopher holds a B.S. in Social Work and has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities with dual diagnosis for over a decade. Prior to becoming a provider, Christopher was a Mobile Supports Crisis Counselor for REACH for eight years and before that, a Crisis Counselor for Horizons. Christine holds a M.S. in Materials Engineering and is a retired member of the United States military, where she was a Lieutenant Colonel. Christopher and Christine have the experience and knowledge to support a person to be independent and achieve their goals. Christopher and his family look forward to welcoming another individual into their home to give them the care and support they need to live a structured and happy life.
