Wall Residences, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Asset Manager. This position may work out of the Christiansburg or Floyd Office location(s), and duties include overseeing physical assets to include over 175 vehicles and 15 physical locations.
Reporting to the CFO, additional responsibilities include equipment, and other capital asset maintenance. The Asset Manager responsibilities include tracking assets across the portfolio, assisting with negotiation and administration of contracts, scheduling preventative maintenance, supervising two maintenance staff, working with stakeholders to provide cost efficient and quality repairs for vehicles and properties, working in conjunction with other stakeholders on capital equipment repair/replacement schedules, preparing and coordinating renovations, and similar duties as assigned. Experience in asset management, vehicle service, and property maintenance and/or construction is preferred.
Candidate must also have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and excellent computer and communication skills. Position is full-time, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
