Patti Cascio has over fifteen years of experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Having worked as a DSP, she is a certified CPR/FA instructor and enjoys exploring educational opportunities for personal and professional development. Bill Cascio operates and runs his own building and construction company. Together, they have been residential providers since 2015.

Having spent many years devoting themselves to others, the Cascio’s are very committed to the residential provider role. They are looking to provide an individual to be included in family functions at the home, community shopping and dining, vacations, boating, seasonal activities, and more.  Promoting an environment that is warm, welcoming, and inclusive is the number one priority for Bill and Patti. Their focus is to help create a life that is full and meaningful to those that choose their residential service by providing an environment that is driven by positivity and person-centered philosophies.

The Cascio family reside in the home with their German shorthair pointer named Dulce. This home is situated on a quiet, private road that gives you the taste of country living within a short driving distance of community activities such as shopping and dining in the Madison Heights and Lynchburg area.

This spacious two-story home provides four bedrooms and has a total of three and a half baths.  The upstairs area is comprised of two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large sitting area. The home also offers a main level bedroom if an individual requires this. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, scenic area and has three outdoor furnished patio areas for enjoyment.
