Sherl Langhorn has worked in the developmental disability field since 2010 and has experience in residential and day support services. She has been a Direct Support Professional for a Wall Residences provider since 2017. She has a warm, friendly personality and excellent organizational skills.
There are lots of activities Sherl enjoys such as gardening, cooking, arts and crafts, playing games, and watching movies. Additionally, she enjoys going bowling, shopping and visiting local parks. As she has a love for traveling, she wants to include and welcome individuals in planning and attending vacations alongside her. When asked why she wanted to be a provider, Sheryl said “This is my life. I like to see the smiles on the faces of the individuals I support.”
This one-story, single-family home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the City of Richmond, just south of the James River. There are two available bedrooms with a shared hallway bathroom. The main floor is spacious, and the living room flows into the dining area around to the kitchen. There is a laundry room and a spacious backyard that contains a vegetable garden.
