Angel has experience working in the health care field as a CNA prior to becoming an RN. Additionally, she has experience as an in-home caregiver and volunteers at local nursing homes. Angel onboarded with Wall as a backup worker for two services while completing the provider development process, which afforded her the opportunity to gain further experience.

She is active in her community and enjoys attending Church, local festivals, shopping, and dining out. Angel loves to go to thrift stores and yard sales in her free time as well as cooking for her family and friends and hosting gatherings and cookouts. Angel and her husband Reyno like gardening and fishing in their free time and enjoy walking daily and visiting the YMCA.

The Dixons share their home with a cat and a dog. They have three adult daughters and seven grandchildren who live nearby and frequently spend time together. Angel notes she has always been a nurturer, and states her life is fulfilled when she is able to care for others. Angel and Reyno look forward to opening their home to an Individual, who they desire to become part of their family. Angel exhibits a strong understanding of person-centered practices and Reyno plans to serve as a backup worker for the service.

The home is one level with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The large living area is open to the kitchen and dining room and the laundry room is located off the dining room. They have a heat pump with central air conditioning and a gas fireplace. There is a garage with an additional storage room. The home is on a private septic system and a well. They are located in Woodlawn, which is conveniently situated between Hillsville and Galax. The home has a large deck on the front, and a second deck off the back of the home, that they plan to expand. They have six acres of land, and they desire to eventually care for pigs and chickens.
