Arlisa Jefferson has worked in the mental health field for over 6 years. She enjoys guiding and supporting individuals as they develop independent living skills and coping strategies for the difficulties that life brings. She shares her home with her husband Co- provider Richard Jefferson, a high-school age son, and a daughter, all of whom are looking forward to sharing their love and support with the new member of their household. The Jefferson’s have two dogs: a Mini-Goldendoodle and an American Bully.
The Jeffersons live in a spacious 5 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home in the Fredericksburg area minutes from restaurants, activities, and shopping in the central park area. Set in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, their home has a big backyard and an amazing deck space to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The individual who selects this home will have a private furnished bedroom with the opportunity to decorate their personal space as they wish.
The family enjoys traveling to different parts of the world, going on cruises and other fun adventures. The individual who becomes part of their household will be invited to join them on all weekend getaways, trips, and family dinner nights. The Jefferson’s love going out to eat and attend church regularly. Arlisa serves as an active member at LifePoint Church in Spotsylvania. She also loves cooking breakfasts, lunches, and delicious hearty dinners.
The Jeffersons are a fun-loving family who has a passion to be of service to others. This home will best fit an individual who enjoys spending time with family, going on vacation, and being active in the community. The Jeffersons are excited to share their home and add an individual who wants to be a part of their family.
