Carmen Ellis has spent her whole career caring for others. She came to Wall Residences with over 20 years of experience in group homes. She also spent over a decade caring for the elderly in a nursing home. She decided she wanted to provide more person-centered care with personalized touch and has been a provider with Wall Residences since 2015.

She is a caring and calm person who enjoys gardening, attending church, and attending community activities. Carmen enjoys spending time with her family, friends and church community. Her sister, daughter, and two grandsons visit often. On warm sunny days she enjoys relaxing in her gazebo, located in her beautifully manicured backyard. Carmen views caring for others as her passion. She believes that all people deserve to be loved, cared for in home where they feel safe and protected.

Carmen is currently supporting one female individual who has been with her since she became a provider with Wall Residences. The current individual is kind and sociable. She enjoys shopping, attending church, riding horses and going out to eat. She also enjoys simple things such as spending time at home watching television. Additionally, the home is shared with Carmen’s 14-year-old dog, Chico. They are looking to share the home with a quiet individual who enjoys going out in the community, shopping, going out to eat, or just spending time at home.

Her home is a one level, three-bedroom, one bath house in Orange County. The welcomed individual will have their own bedroom that can be decorated as they please. The house has a large deck and a gazebo in the back for enjoyment, relaxation, and barbecues. Carmen has lived in this quiet neighborhood for 30 years.
