Erin Quinn has been a provider for over a decade and started her journey as a back-up worker with Wall Residences. Growing up in a family that fostered youth and working in a group home, she developed her passion for being of service to others and to cultivate positive change in the lives of people living with disabilities. Erin is trained as a CNA, coached special Olympics teams, and has experience working with individuals with behavioral support needs.
She enjoys spending time with her family, thrifting, volunteering at food pantries, going to casinos, attending sporting events, cooking, baking, and spending time by the lake. Erin and her family love playing games and having moving nights, and hosting gatherings with her family, friends, and neighbors.
The Quinn service currently supports two males and one female. All three individuals in the home are active in the community, participate in day support, love sports, and participate in special Olympics. Erin is looking forward to supporting another male or female. Additionally, her home is shared with her two sons and her dog, Cash. Erin also views the individuals in her home as part of her family. Erin stated, “Being of service to others is part of who I am, it’s stitched into the fabric of my being”. Erin wants to bless others the way she has been blessed.
Her house in Culpeper, VA is a five bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom group home. The home is three levels with an open kitchen, sitting room, living room, dining room, washer, and dryer. The bedroom available is located on the main living level.
