Jasmine Taylor and her children reside in the Forest Lakes community in a spacious home with a basement apartment that is wheelchair accessible. Jasmine has over 15 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Jasmine has supported individuals with high needs in her home and as a DSP.

Jasmine and her family attend church regularly and spend lots of time with family who also support individuals. As a family they love going out to eat, taking vacations, taking walks, singing karaoke, attending many sporting events, frequenting horse stables, and sitting on the dock fishing and watching the sunset.

Jasmine currently supports two female individuals in her service and currently has two openings and would love to add two additional females to the household to create shared memories.
