Mike and Lisa Rose live in a wooded area of Rhoadesville. Set far from a main road, their home is perfect for someone who is looking for a tranquil setting. The two-story house is spacious. The individual who selects this home will have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. The landscaping is beautiful and there is access to a pond. Shopping and other recreational activities are available in both Fredericksburg and Charlottesville as the home is centrally located to both cities. The closest hospital is in Culpeper. There is one small dog in the house and a cat who lives outdoors.
The Roses are very involved in their church (non-denominational) and hope that any individual choosing their service would also want to participate. Their grown children and their families live in the area. One son and his wife are also Sponsored Providers with Wall Residences. They like to do things as a family often. The Roses travel frequently and go to the beach in North Carolina throughout the year. They like to be physically active, going to the gym and swimming on a regular basis.
Mike and Lisa have been valued Wall Residences Sponsored Residential Providers since 2009. They currently provide services to one man, so a male individual is preferred. An individual who is spontaneous would enjoy this home. An interested individual should be able to toilet using a restroom and have minimal ambulation difficulties so stairs in the home do not cause them discomfort.
This home is in the Rappahannock-Rapidan CSB catchment area.
