Marcella has been providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for more than 30 years. She has worked at various agencies and has great rapport with her supervisors and with individuals served. Marcella has a very positive, upbeat, and welcoming style of service delivery and has significant experience working with individuals who have behavioral support needs, as well as physical support needs, including g-tubes.

She enjoys cooking, gardening, and canning. Her hobbies include raising chickens and rabbits as well as growing herbs and making natural remedies. Marcella facilitates participation in community activities and functions according to requests made by individuals she serves. She fosters each individual’s growth toward their personal goals and encourages them to make choices that support progress toward their dreams.

Marcella’s home is in a neighborhood near the Danville hospital. She knows most of her neighbors, who are long-time residents of the neighborhood. Marcella enjoys bold colors and décor, and her home is full of activity, love, and laughter. The two level home features individuals’ bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, dining, and den on the main level.
