Michelle currently works as a Mental Health Technician at Tucker Pavilion, where she has gained experience supporting individuals with a variety of developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. She has previous experience running a non-emergency Medicaid funded transportation company in Blacksburg.

She describes herself as a natural caregiver and nurturer. Michelle is a mother of three and resides in her home alone. In her free time, Michelle enjoys outdoor activities, sports, watching movies, and reading.

In her role working in the hospital setting, Michelle has observed that many people lack the individualized care and family support they need to thrive. She is looking forward to becoming a sponsored residential provider with Wall Residences to provide consistent care to individuals and to help them feel that they are part of a family and community.

Michelle looks forward to welcoming individuals into her home in Petersburg, VA. There are two available bedrooms located on the first floor, and a shared full bathroom. Additionally, the first floor features an open kitchen and dining area, living room, and laundry room. Michelle’s bedroom and an additional rec room are located on the upper level. The backyard features a patio area for enjoyment.
