Pamela White is a very knowledgeable provider with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and has been a provider with Wall Residences for over a decade. She started her career at the Northern VA Training Center and proceeded to work in various group homes. She transitioned to becoming a foster care provider for children with disabilities. She has experience working with individuals with complex behavior support needs and is trained in crisis management and person-centered supports.
Pam is outgoing, energetic, and likes to stay active. She is an avid yard sale and thrift store shopper and has a special talent for transforming her finds into something new and amazing. In her free time, she enjoys going out to dinner, bowling, arts and crafts projects, hosting cookouts with her family and friends, visiting museums, traveling, and spending time at Myrtle Beach.
Currently, Pam supports two women in her home. The two individuals have been with Pam for over a decade and are excited to welcome another member to their family. Her home is also shared with their beloved pets, two cats and two small dogs. Pam has a holistic approach to providing support to the individuals in her home. She believes in helping and educating individuals on their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She fosters independence and self-love in the individuals she supports and believes that anyone who lives in her home is family.
Pam’s home is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home with a basement, deck in the back yard and a lot of yard space. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom. The home is also next door to a small park with a gazebo for enjoyment.
