Robertha Rose has over 30 years of experience in education and 29 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She currently serves as a Wall Residences Sponsored Residential Provider for her adult daughter. She has a passion for helping others and is deeply committed to caregiving. She values helping others to take initiative to live their best life. She is very knowledgeable about disability support resources in her community and able to help connect individuals to these additional supports.

Robertha currently support two female individuals in her home. One of which is her daughter. Both ladies are kind and social. They enjoy attending church, arts & crafts and Karaoke. Her husband serves as backup staff in the home. Additionally, she has a 31-year-old son who visits often. Because of the difficulty she has faced in finding quality care for her daughter, she believes her best course of action is to provide this care for her daughter on a full-time basis. It is through this experience that she decided she wanted to be the person she was looking for to help her daughter to someone else in need.

The home is a three-level home located in a sub-division in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The newly built home has five bedrooms and three and a half baths. The main level of the house has a formal living space, kitchen, a dining room, half bath, and an office. The home has a completed basement with plenty of open space to be used for recreation. Additionally, there is an additional bedroom located on the ground floor of the home. The 3rd level of the home contains a master bedroom with an on suite and large master closet, which is used by Mrs. Rose. There is a full bath in the hallway of the 3rd level as well as the washer, dryer, and three additional bedrooms, once occupied by her adult daughter.

The vacant bedroom will be used as a guest room until Robertha selects another individual to provide sponsored residential services to. There is also a covered deck on the main floor for enjoyment which can be accessed through the kitchen. Mrs. Rose described her neighborhood as safe and quiet. The home utilizes public water and sewers, and electricity is the heat source for the home. The appliances in the home are electric except for the gas stove used for cooking.
