Longtime friends Xaiver and David are teaming up as co-providers of sponsored residential services. They reside in a single-family home located on the south side of Richmond. Both have experience working in the mental health field and are passionate about community outreach and providing a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can truly thrive.

Xaiver Heath is a Qualified Mental Health Professional with a passion for helping individuals navigate complex life challenges. He has gained a wealth of experience working in various roles. His extensive background includes providing care in children’s and adult group homes, as well as in programs designed for individuals who have previously been incarcerated. Additionally, he has worked in crisis programs and is skilled in community outreach, always striving to make a positive impact in the lives of those he serves.

He enjoys exploring new places, whether that’s through sightseeing, visiting museums, or attending sporting events. His spiritual practices are an important part of his life, helping him maintain balance and focus. These interests not only reflect his well-rounded personality but also contribute to his approach to care, where he emphasizes creativity, mindfulness, and connection with the world around him. Xaiver stated, “My goal is to help people feel heard, valued, and empowered, while creating a space that fosters community and positive change. This work is not just a job for me; it’s a calling, and I am honored to be part of this meaningful journey.”

David comes with years of experience in mental health skill-building, crisis programs, and community outreach. He offers a unique blend of compassion and knowledge with a goal to empower others by helping them build the skills needed to navigate tough situations with confidence. He had been a caregiver for four years for his grandmother with dementia which David feels expanded his understanding of patience, resilience, and the value of truly listening.

He enjoys staying active both physically and mentally. He has a deep appreciation for live entertainment whether it be concerts, theater, sporting events, or museums. Additionally, he loves learning new skills, going to the movie theater, and nurturing his spiritual side. David stated, “I want to be a sponsored residential provider because I believe in the power of creating a safe, supportive, and loving environment where individuals can truly thrive. There’s something deeply fulfilling about offering a space where people feel valued, heard, and cared for.”

This beautiful, one-story home offers a comfortable and spacious living environment with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The layout includes a cozy living room, an eat-in kitchen, a convenient laundry room, and a back deck ideal for relaxing or outdoor activities. All three bathrooms in the home are full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all individuals.
