Wall Therapeutic Solutions is growing! We are looking for part-time or full-time salaried BCBAs or BCaBAs to join our compassionate Therapeutic Consultation team! Wall Therapeutic Solutions’ purpose is to provide socially valid, evidence based, outpatient therapies by highly qualified clinicians, that promote client autonomy while respecting their assent and dignity.
We are a comprehensive agency providing consultative applied behavior analysis services to all regions of the state of Virginia. Wall Therapeutic Solutions provides Therapeutic Consultation services around the needs of the individuals we support, with a strong focus on positively impacting quality of life. Our practice focuses on supporting individuals who engage in interfering behaviors and experience skill deficits that affect their quality of life, both in their home and community. Our clinicians provide direct, in-person support and telehealth services.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- conducting assessments
- writing, implementing, and auditing behavior support plans
- data collection and reporting
- caregiver training

Required Qualifications:
- BCBA or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Licensure through the Virginia Board of Medicine
