Teresa and Billy Herran are an active family who owns a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood in Woodbridge, Virginia. Their home is located minutes away from a hospital, shopping centers, the library, and several parks. The backyard is a spacious, fenced-in area filled with trees, flower gardens, vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and sculptures.
Currently, Teresa and Billy share their home with one adult Individual and would like to open their home up to another. An individual would have a private, furnished bedroom with a shared full bathroom. The room is located on the lower level of the home. An individual will need to be able to navigate the stairs to their own private bedroom and to walk upstairs to the shared bathroom.
Teresa and Billy engage with their neighbors, friends, relatives, church, and community. They love to garden, grow vegetables, cook fresh meals, taking daily walks, and volunteer with the church. Family activities include watching movies, putting together jigsaw puzzles, and participating in numerous community activities. The individual will need to be physically able to actively and fully participate in all family activities.
