Gennile holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shaw University in Psychology and is a candidate for a Master’s degree in counseling. She has 14 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and mental health disabilities in a school setting, group homes, Community Support and as an In-home caseworker. Gennile has also worked as a life coach, a Clinical ID/DD Child & Adolescent Support Coordinator, a Social Worker for adult services and a supervisor for an Intermediate Care Facility.
