Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Shenandoah University. She also has a master’s degrees in strategic leadership and psychology with a concentration in applied behavioral analysis. Heather has over 10 years of experience working in the behavioral health/mental health fields with experience working with individuals with autism as well as children and adults with mental health diagnoses. She has experience in direct care positions as well as leadership roles in a variety of settings including group homes, child welfare, and behavioral health agencies. Heather is passionate about helping others whether that is through direct support, counseling, advocacy, supervision, or leadership. She serves the Winchester area.
