Meadowview group home – Hillsville

Meadowview group home is a shift based group home that is owned and operated by Wall Residences.  The home is a spacious brick ranch located centrally to Galax and many community activities. The home features a circular driveway with an easily accessible wheelchair ramp.  There is also an accessible van available for transport.  The home has a large roll in shower and plenty of open spaces.  Meadowview also features a spacious covered front porch and large entertainment room.  The eat in kitchen is frequently entertaining delicious meals, activities, and crafts!

Each bedroom is bright, roomy, and comfortable. Meadowview provides awake staff 24 hours per day.  This home is available to support individuals who may have accessibility needs or some level of need with behavioral supports.  This service also offers supplemental supports within Wall Residences, that includes Community Engagement/Coaching services, Therapeutic Consultation offered by our Behavioral Support Team, Skilled Nursing services, and nurse delegation and support by in house nursing staff.
