Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in sociology with emphasis in direct care from the State University of New York at New Paltz. She has worked in the human service field since 1993 with experience in special education classrooms, alternative HS and MS and residential programs for adults with ID. Michelle spent 11 years at RACSB’s day support program in direct support as well as working as a Specialist for five years and Supervisor for the last five years. She’s worked extensively in Community Engagement and Community Coaching and has a passion for working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Michelle is a WRAP Coordinator for the Eastern Region.
