Theresa Nix – Dumfries

Theresa Nix has a spacious, three-level single family home located in Dumfries. Theresa’s home has 4 bedrooms 3 and ½ bathrooms and is located in the Southbridge Community right off of route one and close to Interstate 95. The home is within walking distance of everything you may need from shopping, to groceries, to entertainment. The prospective individual will also have access to Leesylvania State Park, the National Museum of Marine Corps, and Prince William Forest Park among many other venues to explore. Anyone moving in will also get to choose from one of three vacant bedrooms and a two basin full bathroom that he/she can put their own touches on by decorating.

Theresa has one son who is away in college and who will come to visit from time to time. She’s originally from Alabama, where most of her family still resides.  In her spare time she loves to travel, attend and participate in church activities, and do home crafts. Theresa also dabbles in planting herbs and growing flowers.

Theresa began her career years ago as a certified nursing assistant. She went on to become an educator for 10 years.  Theresa grew up with a brother who had a disability. She would love the opportunity to become a residential provider to provide a warm, loving, and nurturing home.
