Group homes are staffed 24/7 to ensure individuals always have access to care. There are 3 to 4 adults with disabilities living in each Wall Residences group home. Despite being somewhat larger than sponsored residential homes, the support is still fully person-centered. Each individual has the benefit of care tailored to them and the group skill building opportunities that come from living with others who have disabilities. Group home residents join fun community activities, volunteer to help others, pursue hobbies and find meaningful jobs.

Wall Residences Activities Program or WRAP for short, focuses on community engagement, coaching, and workplace assistance for adults with disabilities. Each participant gets coaching and help based on their goals and needs. WRAP works with individuals to help them build, improve and retain positive communication skills, interpersonal competence, independence, decision making and workplace talents.
