Wall Residences provides support for individuals with developmental disabilities, including those who may also have a co-occurring mental health diagnosis. Our services use person-centered practices to guide goals, independence, and daily support.
Residential Support & Wall Community Options
Two approaches to support.
Residential Support
Our residential support services include Sponsored Residential homes for up to two people, Provider-Operated Group Homes for up to four people, and shift-based Group Homes for up to five people.
Community-Based & Day Programs
Our Wall Community Options programs include Day Support at our Wall Star Centers, Supported Living, In-Home, Community Engagement, and Community Coaching.
