Office Technician – Client Records

Maintains client’s paper and electronic files, updates the Data Center, checks in new Plans and Quarterlies, communicates with Program Managers regarding needed information/documents, assists with maintaining client archives. Serves as Backup for Sonya for Record Requests.

Alayna Wade

Program Manager - Central VA

Alex Jackson, M.ED., QDDP, QMHP

Admissions Director

Alex is the statewide Director of Admissions for Wall Residences and is available for any admissions related questions. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology as well as a Master of Education degree in Community Counseling. Alex has experience supporting individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities and mental illness. In addition, Alex has worked as a Case Manager and Case Management supervisor for individuals with developmental disabilities. Additional experience includes client advocacy, crisis intervention, and service plan development.

Alison Blevins, BS, QDDP

Regional Coordinator - SWVA

Alison is a graduate of Radford University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in sociology. She previously worked as Program Coordinator for the CAP/DA Program with the Appalachian District Health Department in Sparta, NC.

Amanda Branigan, BS

Quality Assurance Coordinator - Central VA

Amanda has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Lynchburg College and was a certified Elementary Special Education teacher for 9 years, serving children in the areas of learning difficulties, ASD, and intellectual disabilities.  She has 15 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in the elementary and high school, residential care, and community settings. Amanda enjoys supporting others with gaining independence, improving self-determination, and relationship building in the community.

Amanda Craig, BS, QDDP, QMHP

Vice President of Operations - Western Division

Amanda has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Radford University. She has experience with community-based services including day support and residential services over the years with various agencies. Amanda has been with the agency and served within the capacity of Program Manager, Regional Program Coordinator and Quality Assurance Coordinator for many years before transitioning into her current role. Amanda is now serving as the Vice President of Operations for the Western Division.

Amanda J. Cox, MS, MA, QDDP

Quality Assurance Coordinator/Group Day Operations - Statewide

Amanda has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Radford University, a master of arts in teaching from Hollins University and a master of science in educational leadership from Radford University. She has 16 years of experience in public education as a teacher and administrator. Amanda most recently worked as a residential program manager where she gained experience in direct care supports, case management, and community engagement planning. She is excited to continue her service to those with developmental disabilities with Wall Residences.

Office Technician - Backup Worker Records

Maintains Backup Worker files, processes Backup Worker packets and tracks certifications. Also responsible for processing background checks and completing LEIE reports for Backup Workers. Handles Caseload access of Backup Workers for Lauris online.
