Ashea received her bachelor’s degrees in Women/Gender Studies and English from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Specialist certificate from Stratford University. She possesses over a decade of experience working in various areas of the human services field including residential services, community mental/behavioral health treatment, community-based sex offender treatment, therapeutic mentoring, and crisis intervention/stabilization. She also served two terms on a Local Human Rights Committee in the Greater Richmond Area. Ashea is very passionate about advocacy, education, understanding and supporting individuals with disabilities and their family.

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and a minor in criminal justice from Old Dominion University. Prior to joining Wall Residences, she was an ID case manager for four years.

Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Liberty University. She has 15 years of experience working as a social worker with the Elderly and Individuals with Developmental and Intellectual disabilities in various settings including Adult Protective Services, Central Virginia Training Center and a Skilled Nursing Facility. For the past 7 ½ year Emily has worked as a Program Manager in the Central Virginia area. Emily is dedicated and passionate about making sure individuals with disabilities live their best lives, every day. Emily now serves as the Admissions & Provider Development Specialist in Central Virginia, Danville, Charlottesville and Staunton/ Waynesboro areas.

Heather has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and English from Radford University. She worked with children and families in Floyd County for over ten years as a therapeutic day treatment counselor and served as site supervisor. Heather started with Wall Residences as a Program Manager in the SWVA region in September 2018 and is now the Admissions Coordinator for the Western Region.

Alex is the statewide Director of Admissions for Wall Residences and is available for any admissions related questions. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology as well as a Master of Education degree in Community Counseling. Alex has experience supporting individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities and mental illness. In addition, Alex has worked as a Case Manager and Case Management supervisor for individuals with developmental disabilities. Additional experience includes client advocacy, crisis intervention, and service plan development.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University. She has worked with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in various settings, including residential, day support, and supported employment. Prior to joining the Wall Residences team, she served as an ID Support Coordinator with Richmond Behavioral Health Authority for 9 years, in which responsibilities included assessment and planning, linking individuals with services, and monitoring services.
