Connie H. Littles is the Information Technology Director for Wall Residences. Connie provides direct support for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure IT environment throughout the organization. Prior to joining Wall Residences, Connie spent 15-plus years in various IT leadership roles and holds a degree in Computer Science. Matthew Rosenbaum is the Chief Financial Officer for Wall Residences. He helps oversee the office staff and financial operations of the company. Prior to Wall Residences, he worked in public accounting for several years. He holds a bachelor’s in Accounting, a bachelor’s in Finance, and a master’s in Business Administration. Matthew can be contacted with questions about Billing, Human Resources, Payroll, and other office staff functions.

Heather is a graduate of Radford University, holding her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Special Education. She is a licensed, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With over 12 years of experience supporting people with disabilities who experience extensive behavioral support needs. Additionally, she is a Nationally Board-Certified Teacher of Exceptional Needs and holds a certificate of Autism Studies. Heather oversees the Wall Residences Behavior Team across the state and is responsible for the training and supervision of Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technicians. Heather is a member of the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring Therapeutic Consultation services are delivered with best-practice standards. Heather is also available to provide therapeutic consultation services for individuals with significant behavioral support needs in the Roanoke/NRV and SWVA regions.

Kathryn has a master’s degree in Special Education from James Madison University and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. She has been licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of VA since 2008. Kathryn has experience as a special education teacher in an elementary school setting. She also worked for four years as a graduate assistant in the Office of Disabilities at Temple University. While living in PA, Kathryn was the Director for a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program for individuals with acute and chronic mental illness at a private psychiatric hospital. More recently, she worked as an outpatient clinician in a group practice.

Angela has a BS in Human Services with a minor in Special Education. She has 16 years of experience working in the human services field in Va., and prior experience in the field in PA. She has provided direct support in a residential group home and worked as a counselor in a crisis stabilization center for adults with co-occurring mental health ans substance abuse diagnoses. More recently, she has worked for 5 years as a group home manager providing direct care as well as staff supervision.

Alex is the statewide Director of Admissions for Wall Residences and is available for any admissions related questions. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology as well as a Master of Education degree in Community Counseling. Alex has experience supporting individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities and mental illness. In addition, Alex has worked as a Case Manager and Case Management supervisor for individuals with developmental disabilities. Additional experience includes client advocacy, crisis intervention, and service plan development.

Amanda has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Radford University. She has experience with community-based services including day support and residential services over the years with various agencies. Amanda has been with the agency and served within the capacity of Program Manager, Regional Program Coordinator and Quality Assurance Coordinator for many years before transitioning into her current role. Amanda is now serving as the Operations Officer for the Western Division.
