Oversees Billing Department which is primarily responsible for client billing and provider payments. Serves as the lead in the Client Files department. Completes audits of client records to ensure compliance with Licensing and Medicaid regulations. Works with potential providers throughout the new hire process. Submits necessary documentation to Office of Licensing for service changes. Notifies the Professional Liability Insurance Company when services start or end. Also, manages a portion of client Rep. Payee accounts.

Management of the Human Resources Department including personnel policies, 401K and ESOP plans, employee benefits, Workers’ Compensation claims, payroll auditing, FMLA, and disability claims. Manages all aspects of the new hire process up to and including onboarding of new employees. Manages and enters all employee changes and terminations.

Responsible for the recruiting and onboarding process including posting job ads, obtaining applications, setting up interviews, checking references, assisting with new hire paperwork, and everything related to onboarding. Maintains WRAP/In-Home/Skilled Nursing clients files, updates the Data Center, uploads documents to Lauris, checks in new Plans and Quarterlies, communicates with Program Managers regarding needed information & documents, assists with Sponsored Residential client archives when needed, creates blank SR client notebooks for distributions to Program Managers for personalization.

Handles IT Support for all employees of Wall Residences including issues with computers and agency-issued cell phones. Handles support for Lauris online including password resets, new accounts, issues with forms, and issues with authorizations in the system. Provides general supervision to annex staff, compliance staff, training staff, and receptionist. Communicates as needed with Directors regarding office operations to ensure processes in place are efficient. Oversees maintenance of the main office and annex. Provides backup support as needed for Compliance Technician and Quality Assurance Technician.
