Monika holds a BA in Political Science from St. Paul’s College and MA in Law with a concentration in Nonprofit Mgt from Regent University School of Law. Monika has over 20 years of experience working with children with special needs, adults with intellectual disabilities, and more recently the senior population. Some of her previous positions include Senior Service Facilitator for Consumer Directed Services, Case Mgr., Residential Instructor, Residential Counselor, Therapeutic Foster Parent, and Private Caregiver. Monika is excited to join Wall and continue her mission in life, to help others realize their full potential and to live the best life possible.

Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has over 25 years of experience working with children with varying ability levels as well as working as a Vocational Counselor for supporting adult individuals with intellectual disabilities. Amy enjoys serving and seeing individuals live their best lives!

Jessica graduated from Gardner Webb University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services degree. Jessica is working on completing her Master’s Degree from Liberty University. She has over 15 years of experience in the Human Services field where she has worked directly in schools serving as a school counselor for the elementary and middle schools. Prior to school counseling, Jessica worked with the Mount Rogers Community Services Board for 10 years in her role as a Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor, Mentor, Parenting Coach, as well as with Behavioral Therapy.

Yolanda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia State University. She has over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities in both residential and community settings. Prior to working with Wall Residences, Yolanda worked as an IDDD Case Manager at Region Ten Community Services Board. Yolanda has also worked for Centra Health as a Mental Health Intake Specialist for the adult and children’s acute psychiatric units at Virginia Baptist Hospital and as a Counselor for children and adolescents at Rivermont School (currently New Story Schools). Yolanda is resourceful and patient with serving and supporting individuals so that they are happy and thriving. She is now serving as a Regional Program Manager for residential supports in the Central VA region.

Christine has a Bachelor of Arts in School Work from Western Connecticut State University. She has over 30 years of experience working with diverse populations, such as, foster care, special education, geriatrics, and development disabilities. Christine and her family relocated to Virginia in 2001 from New Jersey and she is a resident of Rockingham County with her husband and three adult sons.

Kendall Charlton received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Radford University in 2019. Prior to Wall, Kendall worked as a DSP with at risk youth in a residential setting, and then moved to case management in Therapeutic Foster Care. Kendall is currently employed as a Regional Program Manager for the Roanoke and Franklin County area.

Will has an MA in Counseling and an MDiv in Pastoral Ministry from Liberty University. He has over 14 years experience in providing a broad spectrum of mental health services, including: community-based, school, and crisis intervention/stabilization. He has a passion to work alongside and support those in need and is excited about the opportunity to serve individuals and providers.

Kurt is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He has an extensive background in residential services for individuals diagnosed with chronic mental health issues as well as teaching special/alternative education. Kurt has been with Wall Residences since April 2022 serving as a Regional Program Manager for the Fredericksburg area.

Raendi received her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Old Dominion University. She worked closely with individuals diagnosed with an intellectual disability during her tenure at the Middle Peninsula/Northern Neck Community Services Board. Raendi has experience providing direct support and oversight in a residential setting for children with Mental Health disorders. Prior to employment with Wall, Raendi has experience working in Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and the Criminal Justice System. She has a passion for this field and enjoys her job with Wall.
