She has over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with Intellectual disabilities in both residential and community settings. Prior to working at Wall Residences, Kara worked as a case manager at Central Virginia Community Services Board (now referred to as Horizon Behavioral Health.) Kara is passionate about serving and supporting individuals so that they live their best lives!

Samantha has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Radford University. Prior to working for Wall Residences, she worked as a Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor for Harvest Outreach Center where she provided interventions and therapy services, in both the school and home, that are designed to successfully address a child’s mental health, emotional, and behavioral issues that create a barrier to learning.

Courtney received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Liberty University and is set to receive her Master’s in Human Services in December of 2021. Courtney has previous worked in both residential and in-home settings dealing with mental health illnesses. Within those same environments, Courtney has extensive experience with children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Courtney is currently serving as a Program Manager in the Central Virginia region.

Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Radford University. She also has a MA in Human Services from Liberty University. Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in case management and counseling children and adults with dual diagnoses and other abilities in a variety of settings. She will be supporting services in the Southwest Virginia area. Stephanie has a heart for helping others. She also loves to spend time with her husband, children, and her adopted Shih Tzu named Finn.

Venecia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to joining the Wall Residences team, Venecia was an Administrator for a Home Health agency. She also has several years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Venecia has a passion for helping those in need and is excited to be serving the Central Virginia Area.

Melissa has over 25 years of experience working with people who have been diagnosed with intellectual or mental health-related disabilities. Melissa is a person-centered social worker who enjoys working as part of a team to support individuals to have lives which reflect their interests and are meaningful.
