Jocelyn Van Den Bos received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Liberty University and her Master of Arts in Human Services from Liberty University. She previously worked as the Social Services Director at a skilled nursing facility, where she worked with geriatrics, skilled rehabilitation, and individuals with disabilities. She also has experience working with victims of domestic violence. Jocelyn is currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Central Virginia.

Samantha (Sami) graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and worked in the education field for more than four years serving elementary students with moderate to severe disabilities. While doing that, she received a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Special Education/Adapted Curriculum. Sami has provided various services to individuals directly impacted by intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities. Many of these individuals additionally presented with extensive behavioral support needs, which led to personal growth of effective behavioral management skills. Her experiences have further driven her desire to help others achieve their goals and dreams, often providing necessary supports and accommodations to make them attainable. Sami is passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities and ensuring everyone is provided appropriate, person-centered care.

Hilary attended Elon University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication and a minor in Psychology. She has nearly a decade of experience as a DSP, and prior to joining the Wall Residences team, Hilary was a DD Waiver Coordinator and Work Incentives Specialist Advocate in the supported employment field. Hilary credits her younger brother, who has Down syndrome, with igniting her passion for this field.

Christina holds a BS in Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University and is currently working towards her master’s in Counseling Psychology. She has previously worked at a Crisis Stabilization Program where she was a residential counselor for people diagnosed with serious mental illness. She has also worked as a group home manager and a case manager for individuals with intellectual disabilities and co-occurring disorders. Christina also has experience in working with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and educating the community on awareness.

Jennifer received her master’s in special education from Liberty University and her B.S. in human services from Old Dominion University. She previously worked at Galax Social Services in child protective services and supervising foster care and adult protective services.

Katelyn graduated from Ferrum College in the spring of 2012 with a major in Recreation Leadership, a minor in Outdoor Recreation and a minor in Criminal Justice. Immediately after graduation, she began working with at-risk youth as an Activity Aide at Old Dominion Job Corps in Monroe, VA. She also has experience as a Recreation Director at Central Virginia Training Center. Katelyn has worked with all individuals at CVTC in a recreational setting for five years until becoming a Program Manager for Wall Residences in 2017. She now serves as a Senior Program Manager for Central VA.
