Jalisa Broggin has always had a strong desire to help others. While attending Ferrum College, she decided to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She first began advocating for adults with Developmental Disabilities in 2012. Since then she has provided direct care and case management services to adults and children in the Lynchburg area.
