Katrina is a native New Yorker, from Brooklyn and welcomes the tranquility of Virginia. She is a dancer and model who segued into Social Services after personal experiences. She holds a Master of Art’s Degree from Alfred University in Public Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Health Science from the State University of New York at Oswego. She is a registered Qualified Mental Health Professional and Mandated Child Welfare Reporter. Her professional interests lie in social welfare issues, counseling, advocacy and the optimal quality of life for the underserved and underrepresented. Katrina specializes in Child Welfare, Non-for-Profit Management and Auditing, Public Policy, and Traumatic Brain Injury.  For fun Katrina is a Scrabble enthusiast, travels, gardens, dances, practices yoga and indigenous activities.
