Kathleen, “Katie”, is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, cum laude, with an English minor. After working in the mental health field for many years, Katie transitioned into working with individuals with disabilities and is passionate about this work. Katie also serves as a companion aide for adults with down syndrome in her free time. Katie’s passion for working with people with disabilities started at an early age, volunteering while in elementary school in the special education setting. She was featured in the Washington Post for this innovative volunteering opportunity during her third-grade year. Katie enthusiastically supports providing advocacy and support to individuals with disabilities and their providers. Katie resides in and serves as a Regional Coordinator for Wall Residences in the Richmond area.

Kathryn has a master’s degree in Special Education from James Madison University and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. She has been licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of VA since 2008. Kathryn has experience as a special education teacher in an elementary school setting. She also worked for four years as a graduate assistant in the Office of Disabilities at Temple University. While living in PA, Kathryn was the Director for a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program for individuals with acute and chronic mental illness at a private psychiatric hospital. More recently, she worked as an outpatient clinician in a group practice.

Katrina is a native New Yorker, from Brooklyn and welcomes the tranquility of Virginia. She is a dancer and model who segued into Social Services after personal experiences. She holds a Master of Art’s Degree from Alfred University in Public Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Health Science from the State University of New York at Oswego. She is a registered Qualified Mental Health Professional and Mandated Child Welfare Reporter. Her professional interests lie in social welfare issues, counseling, advocacy and the optimal quality of life for the underserved and underrepresented. Katrina specializes in Child Welfare, Non-for-Profit Management and Auditing, Public Policy, and Traumatic Brain Injury. Kelly Hayes holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work and a Masters in Psychology. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master as well, Kelly is passionate about providing space for people becoming the best versions of themselves while focusing on mind, body, soul. With eight years of direct care experience, Kelly has worked with individuals having mental health diagnoses, trauma, addiction, and developmental disabilities.

Prior to Wall, Kendall worked as a DSP with at risk youth in a residential setting, and then moved to case management in Therapeutic Foster Care. Kendall is currently employed as a Regional Program Manager for the Roanoke and Franklin County area.

Kevyn has 40 years of experience in health and human services and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 1988 from the Medical College of Virginia. She specializes in the holistic care of people with mental health and substance use disorders, and with people with intellectual disabilities. She has 15 years of program management experience in acute psychiatric and ID/DD day program settings and was certified as a Healing Touch Practitioner in 2014. Kevyn assures that individuals in the region receive compassionate and optimal health care.

Responsible for the recruiting and onboarding process including posting job ads, obtaining applications, setting up interviews, checking references, assisting with new hire paperwork, and everything related to onboarding.
