Kurt is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He has an extensive background in residential services for individuals diagnosed with chronic mental health issues as well as teaching special/alternative education. Kurt has been with Wall Residences since April 2022 serving as a Regional Program Manager for the Fredericksburg area.

Lauren graduated from James Madison University with a BA in Psychology and a MA in Teaching with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. Lauren has 10 years of experience working in human services.

Billing Dept Manager

Oversees Billing Department which is primarily responsible for client billing and provider payments. Maintains and reviews service authorizations and invoices to ensure proper and correct billing, troubleshoots billing problems, organizes billing files to ensure they are up to date and complete with all required information. Notifies Director & QA Team of any billing problems.

Lisa Persinger

HR Manager

Management of the Human Resources Department including personnel policies, 401K and ESOP plans, employee benefits, Workers’ Compensation claims, payroll auditing, FMLA, and disability claims. Manages all aspects of the new hire process up to and including onboarding of new employees. Manages and enters all employee changes and terminations.

Lisa Schalasny, BSW

Admissions Coordinator - Northern & Eastern Regions

Lisa received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University.  She has worked with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in various settings, including residential, day support, and supported employment.  Prior to joining the Wall Residences team, she served as an ID Support Coordinator with Richmond Behavioral Health Authority for 9 years, in which responsibilities included assessment and planning, linking individuals with services, and monitoring services.
