Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. Prior to joining Wall Residences, Rachel was an Adult Protective Services worker at Pulaski County Department of Social Services. Rachel also has experience in the mental health field by working with New River Valley Community Services at the Recovery Center (Previously known as Clubhouse). Rachel was also a sign language interpreter for 20+ years.

Raendi Evans-Harvey, BS, QDDP

Program Manager - Virginia Beach

Raendi received her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Old Dominion University. She worked closely with individuals diagnosed with an intellectual disability during her tenure at the Middle Peninsula/Northern Neck Community Services Board. Raendi has experience providing direct support and oversight in a residential setting for children with Mental Health disorders. Prior to employment with Wall, Raendi has experience working in Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and the Criminal Justice System. She has a passion for this field and enjoys her job with Wall.

Handles IT Support for all employees of Wall Residences including issues with computers and agency-issued cell phones. Handles support for Lauris online including password resets, new accounts, issues with forms, and issues with authorizations in the system.

Rebecca Ledingham, LCSW

Rebecca earned her MSW through Virginia Commonwealth University and has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since March 2023.  Rebecca has enjoyed working with people of all ages with developmental disabilities, ASD and co-occurring disorders for 29 years.
