Rebecca earned her MSW through Virginia Commonwealth University and has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since March 2023. Rebecca has enjoyed working with people of all ages with developmental disabilities, ASD and co-occurring disorders for 29 years.

Reece Wilson has extensive knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education serving as a program director, associate professor, elementary teacher, and researcher. Before joining Wall Residences, Reece was the Director of Shenandoah Valley Head Start and Early Head Start Programs for Augusta County Public Schools (VA). Prior to that role, he taught in higher education as a tenured faculty member with James Madison University’s Department of Early, Elementary, and Reading Education. His research interests include developmentally appropriate practice, university laboratory schools, project-based learning, and play advocacy. He earned his doctorate in Learning and Instruction with an emphasis on Reading Education from the University of Pittsburgh.

Samantha (Sami) graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and worked in the education field for more than four years serving elementary students with moderate to severe disabilities. While doing that, she received a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Special Education/Adapted Curriculum. Sami has provided various services to individuals directly impacted by intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities. Many of these individuals additionally presented with extensive behavioral support needs, which led to personal growth of effective behavioral management skills. Her experiences have further driven her desire to help others achieve their goals and dreams, often providing necessary supports and accommodations to make them attainable. Sami is passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities and ensuring everyone is provided appropriate, person-centered care.

Samantha has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Radford University. Prior to working for Wall Residences, she worked as a Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor for Harvest Outreach Center where she provided interventions and therapy services, in both the school and home, that are designed to successfully address a child’s mental health, emotional, and behavioral issues that create a barrier to learning.
