For 12 years she has worked providing direct services to children and adults with mental health and behavioral challenges. Shannon is dedicated to helping others by continuing to empower and educate all individuals with necessary mental health skill building tools to enhance their overall quality of life.

Sharlene Wade has a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and certification in Gerontology. Her experience includes serving as Social Services Director in an ICF/MR, Care Coordinator for DMHMRSAS at the time of the roll-out of Waiver Services where she provided training and quality assurance for Community Service Board staff statewide, Case Management Supervisor for Valley CSB, and as a Family Residential Provider for more than 15 years. Sharlene’s background allows for a unique perspective on Waiver services.
