Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Radford University. She also has a MA in Human Services from Liberty University. Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in case management and counseling children and adults with dual diagnoses and other abilities in a variety of settings. She will be supporting services in the Southwest Virginia area. Stephanie has a heart for helping others. She also loves to spend time with her husband, children, and her adopted Shih Tzu named Finn.

Susan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Liberty University and an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from New River Community College. She has worked as an Activities Director planning for the elderly population in the past and with youth as a Therapeutic Day Treatment Clinician/Administrative Coordinator for over ten years. Susan enjoys the planning and organization of services for individuals and partnering with individuals, families and providers to develop the best plan for future success. Susan is currently serving the South West Virginia Region.

Tabitha has a bachelor’s in social work from Mary Baldwin University and is serving the Staunton/Waynesboro area with the Wall Community Options program. She has 10 years’ experience in direct care supports, residential group homes, and case management. Tabitha also has experience working with individuals with autism and other behavioral diagnoses.

Tracey was born and raised in Northern Virginia and pursued higher education starting at Northern Virginia Community College where she received an Associate’s Degree. From there she earned her B.S. from the University of Louisville. Throughout her journey, she has held positions in Human Services that provided her with valuable experience applicable to a wide range of roles. She served in supervisory, on call and direct support roles and provided leadership and support during emergency situations. Her extensive experience in housing, mental health, substance abuse, and working with individuals with disabilities has prepared her for the role she currently holds with Wall Residences.

Venecia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to joining the Wall Residences team, Venecia was an Administrator for a Home Health agency. She also has several years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Venecia has a passion for helping those in need and is excited to be serving the Central Virginia Area.

Tori is a Regional Program Manager for the Staunton, Waynesboro, Charlottesville region. She is a United States Army veteran with a bachelor’s degree in sociology from James Madison University. After graduation, Tori became a DSP and then went on to become a residential program manager for group homes and supported living homes for adults with developmental disabilities. She transitioned to working as a child and family social worker and parenting educator for several years before joining the Wall team in April 2024. She has over 10 years of experience in the human services field.

Wendalyn received an MSW from VCU and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Union-PSCE and has been working in the mental and behavioral health field for over 15 years. She has worked in a variety of programs as a clinician and administrator, including ABA therapy, foster care, school based and community based services. She is passionate about seeing individuals and families receive support for the challenges they face. Wendalyn currently serves the Eastern Region.
