Becky has a master’s degree in social work from UMass Global. Becky has been working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 20 years, where her experience includes her present position within Wall Residences, providing direct care to individuals living in residential group homes, director of day program services, home and community-based services case manager, and director of residential services. Becky strives to deliver person-centered services to the individuals receiving sponsored residential services. To help ensure these individuals receive the best quality of life, Becky makes herself readily available to support sponsored residential providers in any way she can.

Beth has a bachelor’s degree and is a former case manager with the Valley Community Services Board, Beth is based in the Staunton area. She has planned and implemented community-based services for her clients. Beth has also completed Positive Behavioral Support training.

Job Duties: Responsible for setting up interviews and completing the new hire process for the Northern Virginia Region. Assists the Training Dept with setting up training materials for classes. Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University. He also earned teacher certification through Lynchburg College and worked 11 years as an elementary school teacher. Prior to joining the team at Wall Residences, he gained experience working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Brooke holds her Bachelor of Science Degree from Radford University where she majored in both Psychology and Sociology, with a minor and concentration in Psychological Sociology. She has over 5 years of experience with community-based mental health services including crisis stabilization/intervention, Substance Use Disorder treatment, in-home services, and has provided case management to adults with Dual Diagnoses across various agencies and settings. Brooke was also instrumental in assisting with the implementation of Same Day Access at various Community Service Boards within our region. Recently, Brooke has crossed over into providing both direct care and support services in various roles within the Developmental Disabilities scope of services. She has experience working with both Intensive In-Home services and Congregate Residential services throughout Central and SWVA. Brooke is a passionate advocate and extremely excited to have found a home with Wall Residences.
