Responsible for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) billing and provider payments. Files claims and tracks provider payments. Issues ABA client invoices. Verifies insurance benefits and coverage for ABA clients. Maintains ABA billing files to ensure they are up to date. Assists with provider credentialing.

Candace attended the University of Virginia where she received a Bachelor of Psychology with a minor in Sociology. She also holds a graduate certificate in Contemporary Mental Health Counseling Theory from Capella University. She has earned certifications as a QDDP and QMHP-A&C. Candace began working in the field as a DSP in day support and group home programs before becoming an ID/DD Support Coordinator for several years, where she worked with dual diagnosis individuals of all ages. She has a passion for supporting individuals and those who care for them. In her free time, she is an advocate and consultant for individuals and their families in the community. Candace is very happy to be part of the Wall Residences team.

Responsible for setting up interviews and completing the new hire process for the Central Virginia Group Homes. Assist the Training Dept with setting up training materials for classes. Uploading completed test and certificates once classes are completed. General Office support for the Madison Heights office. Assist in maintaining and servicing the Wall Residences fleet cars located at the Madison Heights Office.

Notifies the Professional Liability Insurance Company when services start or end. Also, manages a portion of client Rep. Payee accounts.
