Christina Leckie-Smith, BS, QMHP-A, QDDP

Senior Program Manager – Winchester

Christina holds a BS in Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University and is currently working towards her master’s in Counseling Psychology. She has previously worked at a Crisis Stabilization Program where she was a residential counselor for people diagnosed with serious mental illness. She has also worked as a group home manager and a case manager for individuals with intellectual disabilities and co-occurring disorders. Christina also has experience in working with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and educating the community on awareness.

Christine Thompson, BSW, QDDP

Program Manager - Winchester

Christine has a Bachelor of Arts in School Work from Western Connecticut State University. She has over 30 years of experience working with diverse populations, such as, foster care, special education, geriatrics, and development disabilities. Christine and her family relocated to Virginia in 2001 from New Jersey and she is a resident of Rockingham County with her husband and three adult sons.

Cierra Barnard

Supported Living/IH Program Manager - Charlottesville

Cierra Barnard is a Supported Living/In-home Program Manager for the Charlottesville region and has been with Wall since August 2024. Before beginning her career with Wall, Cierra worked in the ABA field with children/adults on the autism spectrum for 3 years in Colorado Springs, CO. Cierra moved to Charlottesville in December 2021 where she continued this career in ABA at VIA Centers for Neurodevelopment until November 2023. She graduated with her bachelor’s in psychology in December 2023 from Southern New Hampshire University. In her free time, Cierra enjoys spending time outside with her 2 kids, husband, and their black Lab.

IT Director

Connie H. Littles is the Information Technology Director for Wall Residences. Connie provides direct support for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure IT environment throughout the organization. Prior to joining Wall Residences, Connie spent 15-plus years in various IT leadership roles and holds a degree in Computer Science. Courtney Everette, BS

Program Manager - Lynchburg/Central VA

Courtney received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Liberty University and is set to receive her Master’s in Human Services in December of 2021. Courtney has previous worked in both residential and in-home settings dealing with mental health illnesses. Within those same environments, Courtney has extensive experience with children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Courtney is currently serving as a Program Manager in the Central Virginia region.
