She has several years of experience working as a case manager, coordinating and implementing service plans for children and adults with Mental Health conditions, ASD, and Intellectual Disabilities. She is passionate and a strong advocate. Deanna is now serving as the Vice President of Operations for the Eastern Division.

As the Program Manager for the Eastern Region at Wall Residences since 2020, Denisha brings a wealth of experience in operations and community engagement. Her career has been dedicated to serving diverse populations, including previous roles as Director of Operations for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID and DD), and as Director of Education for the Department of Corrections. Denisha’s background in law enforcement, where she served as both a Corrections Officer and a Sheriff, has instilled in her a deep commitment to community safety and support. Denisha holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rowan University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from American University, further enhancing her ability to lead and innovate in my field. Her passion lies in being a community liaison for youth, and she actively volunteer in various coaching roles, including with the Special Olympics. Denisha looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves and fostering community connections that empower individuals to thrive.

Elana has five years of social work field experience, which includes being a Job Coach and Program Manager. Elana worked as a Family Educator before joining the Wall Team in May 2024, and is a Supreme Court certified Family Educational Specialist. Elana is passionate about working with others and looks forward to serving the Staunton/Waynesboro/Charlottesville area!
