With over 10 years of diverse experience in the human services field, Danielle has worked in acute, residential, and community-based settings with adults and children diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and related conditions, mental health conditions, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders & dual diagnosis. She has managed residential psychiatric facilities and group homes and has extensive experience leading teams. Prior to joining Wall Residences, Danielle worked in a variety of roles in areas including special education, ABA, HCBS Waiver service auditing, clinical assessment, domestic violence victim services, and psychosocial rehabilitation. She also has experience in communications, instructional design, and project management.
Danielle completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science with a concentration on Global Poverty and Development at Mary Baldwin University, and she later graduated from Western Governors University with a Master of Education (M.Ed.). Danielle is currently working on dissertation research for her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Administration at Liberty University. She is certified in Social and Behavioral Research by CITI Program and as a Clinical Investigator by the U.S.F.D.A.
Danielle has a passion for the art and science of education and helping others learn. In her free time, she enjoys baking, learning languages, road trips, and fiber arts. Danielle is delighted to be part of the Wall Residences team.

Dawn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Radford University. Prior to working for Wall Residences she worked as a Case Manager for Central Virginia Community Services (now referred to as Horizon Behavioral Health), where she monitored and coordinated services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and dual diagnosis.

Deanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. She has several years of experience working as a case manager, coordinating and implementing service plans for children and adults with Mental Health conditions, ASD, and Intellectual Disabilities. She is passionate and a strong advocate. Deanna is now serving as the Operations Officer for the Eastern Division.

Elizabeth serves the Culpeper area with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Mary Washington and comes to us from Goodwill Industries where she was an employment specialist providing vocational supports to individuals with the most severe intellectual disabilities. Her experience includes providing traditional and non-traditional counseling, direct care and supports.
