Emily Eagle, BS

Admissions Coordinator - Central Virginia, Danville, Charlottesville, Staunton/Waynesboro/Lexington

Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Liberty University. She has 15 years of experience working as a social worker with the Elderly and Individuals with Developmental and Intellectual disabilities in various settings including Adult Protective Services, Central Virginia Training Center and a Skilled Nursing Facility. For the past 7 ½ year Emily has worked as a Program Manager in the Central Virginia area.  Emily is dedicated and passionate about making sure individuals with disabilities live their best lives, every day. Emily now serves as the Admissions & Provider Development Specialist in Central Virginia, Danville, Charlottesville and Staunton/ Waynesboro areas.

Maintains client’s paper and electronic files, updates the Data Center, checks in new Plans and Quarterlies, communicates with Program Managers regarding needed information/documents, assists with maintaining client archives.

Payroll Manager

Responsible for payroll management and maintenance including payroll reporting for financial statements. Ensure all employees are trained on processes related to time entry and earnings information. W-2 auditing for accuracy. Responsible for auditing all internal systems relating to payroll/human resources for accuracy.

Office Technician - Compliance

Responsible for verifying and entering client SIS information and competency requirements. Assists in maintaining the duties of the Compliance Team and provides support to QA Team as needed. Serves as backup to WRAP client files as needed.

Heather Cromer, MS, BCBA, LBA

Director of Clinical and Therapeutic Consultation - Statewide

Heather is a graduate of Radford University, holding her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Special Education. She is a licensed, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With over 12 years of experience supporting people with disabilities who experience extensive behavioral support needs.  Additionally, she is a Nationally Board-Certified Teacher of Exceptional Needs and holds a certificate of Autism Studies.  Heather oversees the Wall Residences Behavior Team across the state and is responsible for the training and supervision of Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technicians.  Heather is a member of the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring Therapeutic Consultation services are delivered with best-practice standards.  Heather is also available to provide therapeutic consultation services for individuals with significant behavioral support needs in the Roanoke/NRV and SWVA regions.
