Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. Prior to joining Wall Residences, Rachel was an Adult Protective Services worker at Pulaski County Department of Social Services. Rachel also has experience in the mental health field by working with New River Valley Community Services at the Recovery Center (Previously known as Clubhouse). Rachel was also a sign language interpreter for 20+ years.
